In addition to the previously mentioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are saved on your hard drive and associated with the browser you use. They allow the entity that sets the cookie to receive certain information.

Our website uses so-called session cookies. These cookies store a session ID, which allows different requests from your browser to be associated with the same session. When contacting us via email and/or contact form, your data is transmitted to servers in the EU. There is no general adequacy decision by the European Commission for the USA, which certifies an adequate level of data protection. Therefore, there is a risk that U.S. authorities could access and further process your personal data. Appropriate safeguards for data transmission to the USA are provided by the use of so-called EU Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR, which are supplemented by additional measures.
